In order to get affiliation for the examinations that are conducted twice a year by Bharatiya Sangeet Prasarak Mandal, it is necessary to fulfil the following conditions:

• The centre in-charge is required to have passed Vishaarad, Alankaar examinations in Music from a renowned institution, or have a B.A., M.A. degree from a recognised university. Please attach a copy of the certificates of these examinations along with your application.
• In order to get affiliation, please submit an application with the name and photograph of the centre in-charge, and the name of his/her institution, for example, ‘Saraswati Sangeet Vidyalaya’. Also include the following information in the application:
• Address 
• Contact number
• Email address
• Skype id (if applicable)
• Names and qualifications of the other teachers teaching at the institution
• Space available to the institution
• Number and kinds of instruments available
• Approximate number of students, their average age group, etc.
• Affiliation fees:
• For centres in India – INR 5000/- (one-time, non-refundable)
• For centres outside India – USD 250/- (one-time, non-refundable)
• Please draw a cheque for the amount specified in favour of ‘Bharatiya Sangeet Prasarak Mandal’.
  Centres outside India can pay the funds directly to the bank account of Bharatiya Sangeet Prasarak Mandal via online transfer. Send Email For Bank Details to: info@GandharvaPune.org
• When all the above conditions are satisfied, a Letter of Affiliation with Bharatiya Sangeet Prasarak Mandal will be sent to the institution or to the person (in the name of the centre).
